Contact Vancouver Airport Car Rental as soon as reasonably possible following an accident, theft, vandalism, or significant vehicle damage. If required by law or appropriate for the incident, contact the police or emergency services. Please do not authorize repairs without our approval except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.

Additional charges may apply depending on your reservation and vehicle usage. These may include optional extras, additional drivers, fuel or charging, excess mileage, extraordinary cleaning, tolls, parking charges, late returns, lost keys, or damage-related costs where applicable. All applicable rental charges and selected options will be shown during the reservation process or stated in your Rental Agreement.
